Purchase orders, deposits and card payments.
We require a purchase order number on booking and cannot accept a booking without one. For organisations that do not operate a purchase order system a 50% deposit is required.

Confirmation of your booking
Upon receipt of your booking form and purchase order number/deposit you will be sent confirmation via email. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process the booking.
Payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice or in accordance with written agreed terms and must be in Sterling drawn on a bank in the United Kingdom. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card.
Course cancellation and changes
Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control we may be forced to cancel a course. In the unlikely event of us doing this we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.
If you are forced to cancel your booking, written cancellation must be received in all circumstances. Please note the following cancellation charges:
