Purchase orders and deposit
We require a purchase order number on booking and cannot accept a booking form without one. For organisations or individuals that do not operate a purchase ordering system a 50% deposit is required on booking.
How to book
Please complete the course booking form and email or fax it back to us.
Confirmation of your booking
Upon receipt of your booking form and purchase order number/deposit you will be sent confirmation via email. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process the booking.
Payment terms
Payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice or in accordance with written agreed terms and must be in Sterling drawn on a bank in the United Kingdom.
Open courses - full payment is due at least 30 days before the first day of your course.
Armed Forces Enhanced Learning Credit Scheme - please complete the course booking form and email or fax back to us. We will notify you of the steps to take for payment in accordance with the ELC scheme.
Course cancellation and changes
Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, we may be forced to cancel a course. In the unlikely event of us doing this we will offer alternative dates or places on another course or a full refund.
If you are forced to cancel your booking, written cancellation must be received in all circumstances. Please note the following cancellation charges:

| 30 – 8 days | 50% charge |
| Less than 8 days | 100% charge |
Learner substitution
There is no penalty incurred, but please notify us in advance.
Dress code
Smart casual dress is recommended for learners attending any Skills 2 Share courses.
There are occasions where business wear is required and the tutors will advise learners when this is necessary.
